Amy Shipley is a Client Services Specialist and licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent at Milestone Financial Group in Red Oak, Iowa, supporting the firm’s four advisors and client investors by researching questions, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, listening to our clients’ needs, and collaborating with our experienced team to puruse those needs.

Amy has more than 30 years of exceptional customer and client services experience in a variety of health, long-term care, agricultural, and financial businesses. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in psychology and earned a Master of Arts degree in Wellness Management with a minor in business from Ball State University.

A farmer’s daughter from north central Iowa, Amy and her husband Leland live on a livestock, hay, and row-crop farm in Nodaway where they raise Suffolk cross sheep, some of which are sold to a local farm-to-table restaurant. They also have a cow-calf operation. They have two adult children, and an interesting fact is that all four of them were graduates of Iowa State University and on the Dean’s List or President’s List.
